Everyone at Eagle’s Moon Healing wishing you a very Happy Halloween.
The Veil is thin!
The new moon brings in renewal, fresh starts, and new adventures! This is the time to start something new; this new moon will bring wealth, honor and success. This is a rare opportunity you will need to open minded, flexible, and take opportunities as they present themselves, you will need to be diligent and use divination as what you need to do, and there will be many distractions. You will be able to overcome these distractions by using your tools to check your path, use any divination method that you are comfortable with, cards, dowsing, meditation, channeling, and there are so many more.
What do you want to change in this new moon? It is a personal experience, so do you want success, or wealth?
Our New Moon Ceremony will help you to manifest what you would to have in your life. New Moon is the Manifesting Moon. This manifestation lasts about 28 days, so it is good to renew it, and don’t forget you can update it!!
Join us for our Manifesting Ceremony, October 19, 2017 Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. Check it out on Meetup.

October 5, 2017
October’s Moon rises just after sunset and sets around sunrise, so this is the only night in the month when the Moon is in the sky all night long. This moon is the Harvest Moon this year; normally it is in September this year According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, the name of the full moon in October is usually “Hunter’s Moon,” as October is when people would hunt to store food for winter. However, this year is a bit out of the ordinary, and we’ll have a Harvest Moon instead. The Harvest Moon is defined as the full moon that falls closest to the autumn equinox, which happened on Sept. 22. Usually September’s full moon is called the Harvest Moon, but this year, it just so happened that October’s full moon is closer to the equinox.
Some Native American tribes referred to October’s Moon as the Full Hunter’s Moon, as it was the time to go hunting in preparation for winter. This full Moon is also called the “Travel Moon” and the “Dying Grass Moon.”
The full moon of October also marks an important holiday for Jewish people: Sukkot, the 15th day of the month of Tishrei. The holiday is also known as the Feast of Tabernacles, and is a celebration of the harvest and the exodus from Egypt.
